Since Landis was a little boy servanthood has laid heavy on his heart. Matthew 23:11 says ” The greatest among you will be your servant” (NIV). Their goal at BridgePoint, is to lead others to be servants of Christ in their homes, work, school, and in the world. Their daily mission is to love God and to love people, for religion can only take you so far, but love will take you anywhere. If you love people you will want to serve people. Mark 10:44-45, “and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. (45) For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many” (NIV).
